Shipping: Shipping is prepaid by Cone-Jack™. The prepaid amount will then be added to the order cost at the time of invoicing.

Warranty: An authorized buyer for a particular company in order to comply with Cone-Jack™'s warranty protocol, must sign the order and the warranty submitting the original copy to Cone-Jack™.

Ordering Custom Products: Ordering custom products requires the buyer to be very careful in regard to measuring the physical dimensional features of the object to be flashed. The quality of a finished product depends on a readable drawing of the object and the flashing needed to cover it.

Placing Orders: Standard & custom products ordered should be written down on a faxable sheet of paper with quantities and material type clearly shown. Fax this information with a PO# if needed to Cone-Jack™ Attn. Matt at 541-344-6467.

Turnaround Time: Cone-Jack™ does not stock any product. Orders are filled upon request. Please get your order in as early as possible allowing sufficient time to assemble the items needed. Remember it speeds up turnaround time if we have your furnished material in stock. Cone-Jack™ discounts one dollar per square foot of contractor furnished material.
